Using the HIGHSCHOOLCLUB website, students can enter information about themselves and access information about other persons who have joined HIGHSCHOOLCLUB. The website also gives members the ability to share certain content with each other, such as digital photos they upload to the system. HIGHSCHOOLCLUB may, from time to time, continue to add additional features that are entertaining and useful for its members or remove or delete features that HIGHSCHOOLCLUB feels are no longer necessary or desirable, in HIGHSCHOOLCLUB's sole discretion.
This notice explains our online information collection and use practices and the choices you can make about the way we use and share such information. Please take the time to read and understand this policy so that you can understand how we use your personal information. Please note that our online information collection and use practices may differ from our practices regarding information obtained offline.

The Information We Collect.
Required Personal Information
Every person that registers for HIGHSCHOOLCLUB is required to provide certain information, including his or her valid e-mail address. In addition, all members are required to provide their first and last names. Please note that HIGHSCHOOLCLUB's use of school names may be without permission or without authorization from, associated with or sponsored by the schools. We require people to enter their birthday as well, so that we have the ability to tailor additional content for our members. Finally, we require members to select a password to ensure that only the person who registered can control their personal information. You can view or change your information at any time by adjusting your profile settings.
Optional Personal Information
In addition to the required registration information, you may provide additional information about yourself or others, such as photos, favorite movies, dating status, and more. HIGHSCHOOLCLUB may allow you to post this information so that we can make it available to other members who wish to learn more about you and to personalize HIGHSCHOOLCLUB, subject to your expressed preferences. We also use this information to better understand our members. Providing this information enhances the HIGHSCHOOLCLUB service for both you and other members, but doing so is completely optional. For example, you might submit a friend's name and e-mail address in your profile. The types of personally identifiable information that may be collected about other people at these pages may include: recipient's name, address, age, date of birth, grade level, e-mail address, sex and telephone number.
You should also be aware that you may reveal other personal information while communicating on other areas of the HIGHSCHOOLCLUB website, such as while participating in discussions on message boards and/or posting information on blogs. This information, in turn, might be viewed by other users or visitors to the HIGHSCHOOLCLUB.

PLEASE NOTE THAT, REGARDLESS OF WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION YOU CHOOSE TO INCLUDE IN YOUR PROFILE, OR WHAT LEVEL OF SHARING YOU CHOOSE, CERTAIN INFORMATION ABOUT EACH HIGHSCHOOLCLUB USER (FIRST AND LAST NAME, HIGHSCHOOLCLUB SCREEN NAME AND SCHOOL) WILL BE INCLUDED IN THAT USER'S "PUBLIC PROFILE," WHICH IS A TRUNCATED VERSION OF A HIGHSCHOOLCLUB PROFILE.
We will use the personal information you provide online for the purpose(s) you have submitted. Examples of us using your personal information for the purpose(s) submitted include if you have won a contest, sending to you an email notification that you have won. In addition, we may send to you an e-mail offering products or services which we think you may be interested in or to ask you to participate in a survey. We do not consider any companies that are within our "family" of companies to be "third parties" for purposes of this policy. Thus, we may also share personal information provided online with companies affiliated with or owned directly or indirectly by Alloy. Any of these companies may use and further share this information in the same ways we do. Updating or Removing Your Personal Information

However, complete removal of certain information (such as your name, e-mail address or password) requires canceling your membership to HIGHSCHOOLCLUB. We provide links to manage your information on your profile. To view your profile or cancel your HIGHSCHOOLCLUB membership, login to HIGHSCHOOLCLUB and click on "My Page" in the navigation.
How We Share Your Personal Information.
